OpsPatch

Terms of service

Updated 16 August 2026

Who the site is for

OpsPatch services are presented primarily for businesses and professional customers. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory right that applies to a consumer.

Website information

Information on this website explains typical services and starting prices. It is not a binding offer, financial or legal advice, or a promise that every request is suitable.

Enquiries and communication

Sending an enquiry allows OpsPatch to reply about that request and prepare a quote. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing. Tell us at any time if you want request follow-up to stop.

Quotes and agreed work

A project starts only after both sides agree in writing to the work, price, timetable, responsibilities, payment terms, acceptance, and handover. Starting prices exclude anything not stated in the public offer or written quote.

Materials and access

You are responsible for supplying accurate information, lawful content, usable images, account access, approvals, and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you supply and should remove personal or confidential information that is not needed.

Changes and delays

A request outside the agreed work is priced or scheduled separately before it starts. Delays in access, content, feedback, approvals, or third-party services may change the delivery date.

Data and confidentiality

OpsPatch uses customer information to assess, quote, and deliver the requested work under the Privacy and cookie policy and the written agreement. Project-specific confidentiality, data-processing roles, security requirements, and deletion duties must be recorded in writing before regulated or sensitive data is used.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, advertising, payment, platform, and integration providers have their own fees and terms. OpsPatch is not responsible for an outage or policy change outside its reasonable control, but will identify material dependencies before work starts where reasonably possible.

Ownership and handover

The written quote identifies what is handed over, when ownership or licence rights transfer, any third-party components, access, documentation, and the support period. Ongoing care is optional unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Project-specific limits, warranties, acceptance checks, cancellation rights, refunds, and governing law are set out in the written agreement.
