Who is responsible
OpsPatch is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and during related sales conversations. Privacy questions, objections, and rights requests can be sent to hello@opspatch.com.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to send, including your name, email, phone number, business name, service area, website, project description, form choices, messages, spreadsheets, and attachments. We also receive basic request data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to review your request, reply, prepare a quote, take steps before a contract, deliver agreed work, prevent abuse, secure the service, keep required business records, and resolve disputes. The applicable bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, legal obligations, and consent for optional measurement.
Sales follow-up
When you request a quote or send an enquiry, we may acknowledge it, reply personally, and send limited follow-up about that request. We do not add enquiries to a newsletter or unrelated marketing list. You can stop follow-up at any time by replying to the message or emailing us.
Chat assistant
When you use the chat assistant, recent messages, the page path, and any campaign context supplied by your browser may be sent to an AI model provider to detect the conversation language, classify the type of request, and prepare a relevant reply. Fixed safety rules and an OpsPatch response playbook constrain the result. Do not place confidential, regulated, or unnecessary personal information in chat. A person reviews any resulting sales enquiry, and the assistant does not decide whether OpsPatch will work with you.
Necessary storage
The site uses necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice, selected market, language, active form or chat state, and submission safety information. The privacy choice is renewed after 180 days. The market cookie may remain for up to 12 months. Session storage normally ends when the browser session is closed.
Optional Google measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after you choose Allow analytics and ads. If allowed, Google may set first-party measurement cookies for up to 180 days and receive page, device, campaign, and quote-conversion information. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. If you choose Only necessary or use Global Privacy Control, Google tags stay off, advertising identifiers are not retained, and no Google conversion is sent.
Changing your choice
Cookie settings are available in the footer of every page and below this policy. Withdrawing permission stops optional measurement and removes accessible first-party Google measurement cookies from this site. Your choice does not affect information processed lawfully before withdrawal.
Who receives information
Enquiries may be delivered through email and, when configured, a private sales webhook. Hosting, email delivery, AI model, spam protection, security, file handling, and consented Google measurement providers receive only the information needed for their service. OpsPatch does not sell personal information.
International processing
The website origin is hosted in Türkiye. Email, security, webhook, and measurement providers may process data in other countries. International transfers are subject to the provider terms and transfer safeguards required by the law that applies. You may ask which provider, destination, and transfer basis applies to your data.
Retention and security
Web server access and error logs are normally retained for 14 days. Enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Customer, payment, tax, and contract records may be kept longer where the law requires it. Attachments are removed when no longer needed for the enquiry or agreed work. Access is limited, services use encrypted connections, and there is no automated decision that determines whether OpsPatch will work with you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month where UK or EU data protection law applies. You may also complain to your local authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office, Ireland's Data Protection Commission, Portugal's CNPD, or the California Privacy Protection Agency where applicable.
